Overview
These terms govern your use of wecraftcode.shop and the design, build and hosting services we provide. By working with us or using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
We design and build websites, register domains and host sites on our managed cloud. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing before we begin.
Pricing & payment
Build packages start at $250 as a one-time fee. Your first year of hosting and your domain are included; hosting and domain renew yearly after that. Prices and what each package includes are set out on our pricing page and confirmed in your quote.
Delivery
We aim to deliver most sites within five business days of an approved brief and receipt of your assets. Complex builds are scoped separately. Timelines depend on timely feedback and approvals from you.
Ownership & handover
On completion and full payment, you own your website, its code and content, and your domain is registered in your name. We hand over full access. There is no lock-in — you may leave at any time and we will help you migrate.
Hosting & domains
While we host your site, we handle uptime, SSL, backups and security. You are responsible for renewing hosting and your domain to keep the site live. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos and assets you provide, and that your site will comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply.
Intellectual property
Your brand and content remain yours. Any tools, components or frameworks we reuse across projects remain ours. Once handed over, the delivered site is licensed to you in full.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already completed remain payable. On termination we will hand over your site and assets.
